What makes Botecha Different?

We are committed to the success of every business we support. We care about small businesses and want to make a difference in the success of small companies that normally can’t afford support. Technology is essential, and having everything run smoothly makes a better work and client environment. We are in this business to make a difference.

Do you sell hardware and software at a hefty markup?

At Botecha, we believe it is a conflict of interest for our clients to sell them hardware and software. We do not take percentages of sales. We have our client’s best interest in mind, not some way to make another dollar off of them. Even though it is standard practice for support companies to charge for hardware, we don’t do it. We will show you what to buy and help you get the best price, but we don’t resell. 

Do you have a contract that we will be stuck in?

No. We have an agreement that is month to month. You can terminate at any time with a 30-day notice—keeping in mind that a lot of our clients have been with us for over 14 years. 

How does the support process work

You will have the direct phone number of your personal computer administrator, which will fix most issues remotely, but you will also have a dedicated in-person tech that will be there for any onsite needs.

Would it be a hassle to change who we already have?

Unlike some companies, we do not come in and say everything needs to change and we need to buy a lot of new hardware. We work with what you have and streamline as we go. We believe in making things simpler, not more complicated. We have been doing this for 15 years. We have it figured out. 

Do you charge for every little extra thing you do?

No, You pay a monthly fee of $297, and with that you get full support 8 to 5 during the weekdays. You get two onsite emergencies every month, and if you need us on weekends or off business hours, it is a one-time $89 charge. No budget surprises.
